In May 2000, Dave Berry and Ron Reynolds formed Berry & Reynolds PC, a boutique law firm to concentrate on the practice of eminent domain, zoning and land use, and real estate litigation.
Both were shareholders at one of Michigan's preeminent law firms where Dave chaired the Condemnation, Zoning and Land Use department.
Ron began concentrating in the area in 1990, and also continued an extensive litigation practice at the trial, appellate and arbitration levels.
In September 2004, Dave and Ron welcomed Joe Rogowski to the firm, and changed the firm's name to Berry, Reynolds & Rogowski PC.
In addition to substantive experience in the fields of eminent domain, zoning and land use, and real estate litigation, Joe added additional strength in the areas of real property tax appeals and commercial litigation.
