Mr. Reynolds is an AV-rated attorney practicing in the eminent domain, land use, and real property litigation fields. He also has extensive arbitration, trial, and appellate court experience in a variety of business and commercial litigation cases. Mr. Reynolds was selected as one of the top Michigan lawyers by The Detroit News. Mr. Reynolds is Chair of the Michigan State Bar Real Property Law Section's Condemnation Committee and is a member of the American Bar Association's Committee on Condemnation, Zoning, and Land Use Litigation. He also currently serves as the Coordinator for Continuing Legal Education for the Real Property Law Section of the Michigan State Bar. He co-authors, along with Dave Berry, the annual update to the Institute of Continuing Legal Education's Michigan Law of Damages chapters on Condemnation, Proving the Value of Property, and Regulatory Takings and has published numerous articles relating to a variety of property rights issues. Mr. Reynolds served as the President of Leadership Oakland in 2006-2007 and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Reynolds has argued before the Michigan Supreme Court including the recent 2005 decision in Blackhawk Development Corporation v Village of Dexter, (July 2005) which protected important property rights arising out of an easement dispute. Mr. Reynolds is a 1984 graduate of Hillsdale College (B.A., magna cum laude) and a 1987 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law. He participated as a barrister with the American Inns of Court.
