In June, 2008, the we lost a great colleague, friend and mentor in Dave Berry. Dave was one of Michigan’s best known and respected eminent domain and land use attorneys. In addition, Dave was dedicated to his family and community. The following tribute was published in the Crossroads for Youth Annual Report; a non-profit Dave served many years:
